Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: April 25, 2026

  1. When you sign in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub, or Telegram, QMailing receives your provider user ID, name, email address, and avatar — nothing else. The steps below explain how to remove that data.
  2. To delete your QMailing account and all associated data: sign in, then go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Deletion is reversible for 30 days — sign back in within that window and cancel it; after that, the data is permanently removed.
  3. To unlink an OAuth provider without deleting your account: sign in, then go to Settings → Account → Linked Methods → Disconnect. You will need at least one other sign-in method linked first.
  4. To revoke QMailing on the provider's side: open the provider's account settings (Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access; Microsoft: account.microsoft.com → Privacy → Apps; GitHub: github.com/settings/applications) and remove QMailing.
  5. If you cannot sign in or need help with deletion, email privacy@qmailing.com from the address on your account and we will process the request within 30 days.
