Terms of Service

Last updated: April 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QMailing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

QMailing provides email mailbox management. You can create email addresses under @qmailing.com (or your own domain on supported plans), send and receive emails, and manage multiple mailboxes from a single account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use QMailing to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Impersonate others or engage in fraud
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Circumvent usage limits or abuse the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Plans and Billing

QMailing offers a free tier and several paid tiers — current pricing and tier details are available on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our billing partner. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price for the remainder of their billing cycle.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

QMailing and its logo are trademarks. You retain ownership of the content you create and send through the service. We do not claim any rights over your emails.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QMailing is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account, individual mailboxes, or emails at any time. Every deletion is reversible for 30 days — accounts can be restored by signing back in and cancelling the deletion (or by contacting support if you cannot sign in), and deleted mailboxes and emails can be recovered from Trash within the same window. After 30 days, data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your subscription ends or you downgrade to a lower plan, resources that exceed the new plan's limits enter a 14–30 day grace period during which they are frozen — within that window you can re-upgrade or pick which mailboxes to keep. After grace, anything not kept is archived, and archived data is permanently removed after 90 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
