Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund window
If you cancel a paid subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. The 14 days start at the moment of purchase. Renewal periods after the first paid period are not covered by this window.
2. How to request a refund
Email info@qmailing.com from the address on your account, mention the subscription you want refunded, and we will process it within 7 business days back to the original payment method via our billing partner (Paddle).
3. What is not refundable
Renewal periods after the first 14 days. Subscriptions explicitly marked non-refundable in promotional offers. Accounts terminated for Acceptable Use violations (spam, fraud, abuse). Add-on usage costs (none today, but listed here for any usage-based features we may add later).
4. Cancellation (no refund needed)
You can cancel any subscription anytime in Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges and downgrades you to Free at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid-tier access until that date. We do not pro-rate unused days back to you.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting us results in immediate account suspension. Chargebacks cost us merchant fees and trigger fraud reviews on the account. We strongly prefer to resolve refund requests directly — talk to us first, we will work it out.
